I've been having trouble getting a full nights sleep without waking up multiple times but I found taking 1 of these capsules an hour before bed really helped. I'm still trying it out to see if it's really the capsules but I can't say that it's not helped. I do wake up feeling less stressed and tense and getting a better nights sleep. I'd probably get this again once cost of living goes down a bit.
They have helped me feel calm during the night before bed. I also fall straight back to sleep if i wake up during the night. I normally only get 6 hours of sleep each night but I am now seeing between 7 and 8.
