Cocomineral (1g): Coconut water is an increasingly popular post-workout rehydration aid that is touted as being a better alternative than water. Why it's special
Protein is a macronutrient that’s necessary for healthy muscles, skin, nails and bones. Whey protein concentrate and isolate are loaded with the essential amino acids that your body needs to build muscle mass efficiently. As a high-quality source of protein, whey also lowers blood pressure, decreases inflammation and reduces cravings.
Maca and rhodiola root contain properties that reduce physical stress, increase endurance and decrease fatigue. They are a part of a select group of ingredients that also support focus and performance. Nootropics have many other helpful effects to improve your fitness, such as boosting motivation and energy.
Cocomineral, magnesium and pink Himalayan sea salt are ingredients that help hydrate your body and support energy production. They also balance electrolytes, which allows your muscles and blood pressure to function properly. Keeping these key nutrients in check not only optimises the body during exercise, but throughout recovery.
When should I use the product?
Ideally, post-workout to start the repair and recovery process. However, you can also use it to make a quick nutritious shake or smoothie anytime of the day, or in your porridge or oatmeal to top up your daily protein intake. The protein blend is also versatile enough to bake into high-protein snacks.
How long will the product last?
This depends on how often you use the product. Typically a pouch of our protein blends will last around a month or so. If you're using it every day and also adding it to porridge and smoothies, you may run out sooner. We have a subscription option, which saves you money and ensures you'll never run out.
What does it taste like?
All our protein blends come in either creamy vanilla or smooth chocolate. We spent months perfecting the flavour systems to create our own completely custom flavours that you won't get anywhere else. The flavours are characterised by complex layers of vanilla and cocoa, with subtle notes of caramel and biscuit. We only use natural flavours and you can adjust the sweetness down or up by using more or less liquid.
What sort of testing do you do?
We go over and above to ensure you get the best quality and safest products possible. We only use ingredients that have a visible supply chain, and our manufacturing facilities are approved to the highest regulatory standards. Once we receive ingredients, we batch test every single one before it gets approval to go into the manufacturing process. That isn’t technically an official requirement but it’s something that we think should be.

Husband loves this, really tasty too
The vanilla is so lovely.. genuinely the nicest protein I have ever had! Also feel great after taking it..
Tastes amazing! This product is exactly what i have been looking for in a protein supplement. Love it
Amazing taste and texture
The electrolytes also help a lot with recovery
A bit pricy yet highly recommended
I have tried a few different protein powders and usually they have a horrid aspartame taste. I find this the best tasting (vanilla), and it meets all my needs for strength training.
I was sceptical about trying this, having tried several different protein powders all of this tasted chalky or made me feel bloated. This powder is perfect with some almond milk and I went for 250ml, perfect for post endurance training. Thank you, well worth the gamble of buying the large pouch, and with a scoop included. So many are not! Highly recommended.
