How often should I take it?

For that reason, we recommend taking The Health Protein as part of a balanced diet ideally post-workout or during your day as a healthy snack to meet your protein needs. When should I use the product?
Ideally, post-workout to start the repair and recovery process. However, you can also use it to make a quick nutritious shake or smoothie anytime of the day, or in your porridge or oatmeal to top up your daily protein intake. The protein blend is also versatile enough to bake into high-protein snacks.
How long will the product last?
This depends on how often you use the product. Typically a pouch of our protein blends will last around a month or so. If you're using it every day and also adding it to porridge and smoothies, you may run out sooner. We have a subscription option, which saves you money and ensures you'll never run out.
What does it taste like?
All our protein blends come in either creamy vanilla or smooth chocolate. We spent months perfecting the flavour systems to create our own completely custom flavours that you won't get anywhere else. The flavours are characterised by complex layers of vanilla and cocoa, with subtle notes of caramel and biscuit. We only use natural flavours and you can adjust the sweetness down or up by using more or less liquid.
What sort of testing do you do?
We go over and above to ensure you get the best quality and safest products possible. We only use ingredients that have a visible supply chain, and our manufacturing facilities are approved to the highest regulatory standards. Once we receive ingredients, we batch test every single one before it gets approval to go into the manufacturing process. That isn’t technically an official requirement but it’s something that we think should be.

Usually find it difficult to get a good protein due to my IBS, but this one that I can absorb.
The only thing that could be better is the taste. Slight aftertaste which affects the experience.
Tried this twice now with water and milk and I can really taste is the peas and brown rice. I might get used to it, but really note sure. I’m vegetarian rather than vegan so might try a different one next. Not tried chocolate yet.

Really great protein! Doesn’t take like eating dirt which a lot of vegan proteins do. Has a very smooth texture when mixed and not to sweet. The low carb content is brilliant too. My favourite protein!
