Innermost have been fabulous to deal with. This product has a lovely smooth taste (best tasting protein shake I've tasted), it works effectively to help me recover post workout and although it's early days I'm noticing some positive effects on my strength / muscle gain already. I'm looking forward to improving my strength using this Innermost product.

I bought this for my wife to try as she has started doing a lot more sports to lose a few Kgs. She loves it and so do I so once I have finished my alternative brand bags I'll share hers. Not as much protein but this actually tastes nice and doesn't have the slimy texture or the strong whey or fake chemical sugar taste.

Great tasting shake (vanilla), much preferred when made with cold milk. Easily mixed & clump free. Resealable bag is a positive! Better if a scoop came with it so that exact amounts could be taken
The flavourless powder is exactly how it sounds so is good for mixing into protein shakes you'd already be making.
The only issue I've had so far is that it doesn't mix so well so some residue of the powder is left in the shaker so I need swill with water to get all the grams I've put in.
