Our returns department aren’t very busy. But if you do want to give them something to do, just tell them you’d like to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it and we’ll provide a full refund, subject to the usual legal blurb our lawyers told us to include below.
Return of goods.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us of your intention to return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt and we will issue you a refund upon receipt of the item(s), subject to the terms and conditions detailed below and in our T&Cs of Supply. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time. This Returns Policy was last updated on 01/01/2019. We are not obliged to issue refunds for any opened products.
Care of items.
Please handle all items with care. Item(s) must be returned to us intact, unopened, undamaged and as soon as possible. We will be unable to accept the return of any item(s) where these instructions have not been followed.
Exchanges can only be made for a different product and are not guaranteed. Your replacement item(s) will be sent to you on receipt of the original item(s) being returned. If an item has been reduced in price there will be no credit.
To return your item(s) simply:
- Email email@example.com to receive a returns form.
- Package your items. You must include your receipt or proof of purchase and completed returns form.
- Label your package using the address provided on our returns form, or your own label.
- MAKE SURE ALL RETURNED ITEMS ARE UNOPENED (Any items which are returned opened, WILL NOT be refunded and will be disposed of for health and safety reasons).
Please allow 28 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed. We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and your refund is complete.
Please remember to ask your Post Office for a proof of posting certificate and keep it safe for your reference. Without this, we cannot refund any money if we do not receive your parcel.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost that was paid will not be refunded. If we are paying for return of your goods for any reason, then those costs will also not be refunded. If you are shipping an item back to us, we recommend you retain all records of delivery, and consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot process refunds on items we do not receive.
We will issue a full refund for items purchased online that are returned according to our Returns Policy. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card within 28 working days from processing your return and will exclude shipping costs, which remain your responsibility.
If the date on your payment or credit card has expired or for any reason the original card has been cancelled, please contact email@example.com so that we can update your payment type and ensure that your refund gets processed correctly.
If a promotional discount was applied to your original order, the amount charged and eventually refunded if necessary will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order or any item purchased online from XXIV Limited, for a full refund. If you have not yet received your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to see if a cancellation can be made before the order is dispatched.
All order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order reference number, within 14 days starting the day after you receive your order confirmation. If your order has been already been processed and dispatched to you, it will be necessary for you to return the goods following our return procedures detailed above.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable).
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Sale items (if applicable).
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. If the item to be refunded is part of a Collection, then we will offer a refund for the pro-rata price of that product.
