Founded by Tim Benjamin, former Olympian and World Championship finalist, Fitness Space offers a unique health and fitness proposition that includes hot yoga, weight training, treadmills, spin and studio classes along with DNA testing and fully customised training and nutritional programmes. We're incredibly proud to be teaming up with them and making our products available to their members as part of an incredibly considered nutrition offering.

Fitness Space are driven to help you become the healthiest and happiest you can possibly be through a combination of genuine expertise, dedicated support and cutting-edge technology. Based on the ethos that its members don’t have to train on their own, every Fitness Space member is assigned a dedicated fitness coach and receive a customised training programme based on DNA testing. Members have regular meetings with Fitness Coaches and keep in touch 24/7 through the Fitness Space app.The state-of-the-art Fitness Space studios are packed with innovative gym equipment including the Technogym Artis, SKILLMILL and Kinesis ranges. There's also Hot Yoga and body-blitzing Fit Camps, alongside personal training, small group training and more.
