Taking place on 27 January 2018, Fresh + Fit Fest this year spans three hotels and two cities - London and Amsterdam. From pilates to bootcamps, kitchen demos to influencer talks, motivational speakers and sample sales, there really is something for everyone to help kick those January goals into gear.
